Here’s how the evening will be organized, designed to offer a unique experience to all our guests:
First Seating: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Enjoy dinner with our à la carte menu (no additional charges apply).
- Alternatively, choose our special White Truffle and Champagne Tasting Menu for €280 per person.
- A welcome cocktail (choice of Tuscan sparkling wine, spritz, or hugo) is included.
- Perfect for those who want a delicious dinner and then continue celebrating or take a lovely stroll in Florence’s historic center!
Second Seating: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Dinner with a selection of our traditional à la carte menu with a 50% surcharge.
- Alternatively, choose our special White Truffle and Champagne Tasting Menu for €280 per person.
- Starter included for everyone: Flan of Montemignaio potatoes with Parmigiano Reggiano fondue and fresh truffle.
Third Seating: 10:00 PM – until closing
- Dinner with a selection of our traditional à la carte menu with a 50% surcharge.
- Alternatively, choose our special White Truffle and Champagne Tasting Menu for €280 per person.
- Final cocktail offered to toast with us at midnight!

Important Note:
Your reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of €50 per person for those choosing the à la carte menu, or €100 per person for those opting for the White Truffle and Champagne Tasting Menu. The deposit must be transferred to the following

Name and Surname of the reservation and total number of guests – New Year’s Eve Deposit 31/12/24.

Additional Information:
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made after December 25th. Additionally, please note that tables will not be guaranteed if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late, and in such cases, the deposit will not be refunded. We kindly ask for punctuality to ensure the best service for all our guests.
